This museum is located in a community oven of medieval origin. It was created in the eighties, but its exhibition was renewed and reopened in December 2017. It houses an exhibition of objects and photographs loaned by neighbours which shows many aspects of the traditional culture of Alpuente and its villages. The communal nature of the installation gives us the opportunity to show some aspects that inform us of the collaboration between people and the collective spaces that articulate social life in the territory. In addition, the museum explains cereal growing, milling and bread making in the context of this community oven.
