The touring exhibition project Comarcas en blanco y negro has retrieved and put on display the photographic memory of the Valencian regions to reflect the daily life in towns and cities.
The exhibition includes medium-format photographs depicting the regional uniqueness, spaces that have disappeared, the daily work, transformation of the landscape, crafts, festivals, popular religious traditions, old customs, the appearance of modernity, clothing, social change, or traditional agriculture, among others.
