The Museu de la Pilota and the Museu Valencià d'Etnologia have a longstanding relationship of collaboration in areas of advice, loaning of pieces and dissemination.
The main project conducted by both museums was the co-production of the touring exhibition Faixa roja. Faixa blava. La pilota valenciana [Red Belt, Blue Belt. Valencian Pilota], aiming to promote our most representative, autochthonous sport.
The exhibition included a series of conferences, workshops and guided visits to real handball games. Since March 2014 the exhibition has toured the different villages and towns that have requested it. This exhibition contains some photographs from Ismael Latorre Mendoza's archives.
